What is DOBE (Department of Counseling and Well-Being)?

Vision: We are a team of professionals dedicated to leadership in promoting the growth of each person in Nuevo Mundo School k-12, in order to effectively accomplish the goal of fully developing its students.

Mission: The department serves as a solid support network in order to attend to the various cognitive, emotional and behavioral needs of students in their different stages of development.

How does it function?

DOBE creates an educational atmosphere with opportunities.  It stimulates the development of the whole student, considering his/her specific individual, educational, domestic, or emotional needs to facilitate optimal results and to achieve the full development of his/her potential.
